A great discussion with Dale Bredesen and Tom Bilyeu from Impact Theory on the role of fructose in Alzheimer’s disease. The data is very strong that excessive intake of sugar, salt and high glycemic carbs might be the underlying cause of Alzheimer’s. The good mews is that there are also foods that can combat it.
